Order Processing Time
- Processing: 7-12 business days to quality check, make and pack your order. Most formal dresses are now made-to-order.

Tracking & Delivery

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check your local customs office for details.
Address Changes & Order Edits
- Before dispatch: Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address prior to shipment.
- After dispatch: We cannot guarantee changes. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Lost, Delayed or Failed Delivery
- Delayed: Shipments can be delayed by peak seasons, weather, or customs. Please allow a few extra days beyond the estimate.
- Lost: If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ business days, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
- Returned to Sender: If an order returns due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage apply).
Split Shipments
To get your items to you sooner, we may ship orders in multiple parcels at no extra charge (where available). You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, reach out to us. We can deliver to you.
How fast can I get a gown? Is there express shipping?
Most orders are processed in 7-12 business days. Express options are available at checkout for time-sensitive events.

After dispatch: Australia [7-16 business days] (Express [2–5]), New Zealand [7-16] (Express [2-5]), United States [7-10 business days] (Express [2–5]), United Kingdom [7-16 business days] (Express [2–5]). Actual timing may vary by carrier and customs.
How much is shipping? Free shipping?
Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight/size. Standard from [A$5]; Express from [A$25]. Free standard shipping is regularly available on promotions to various countries including Australia, New Zealand, UK and US.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, if you chose a trackable shipping method. A tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched.
Customs, duties & taxes
Import charges may apply in your country and aren’t included in our product or shipping prices.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us ASAP before dispatch and we’ll try to help. After dispatch, changes aren’t guaranteed; you may need to contact the carrier.

Postal carriers support PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We offer delivery by postal services.
Delayed, lost or returned to sender
If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ business days, contact support with your order number. For RTS due to incorrect address or non-collection, we can reship (postage will apply).
