Exchange and Returns
Exchange, Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer exchange and returns with the following conditions:
- Only one exchange or return is allowed.
- Your request for exchange or return must be made known via email to us at email@example.com within 7 days of order receipt.
- The unwanted item is sent back to us within 7 days of order receipt.
- The mailing fee of the unwanted item from the customer to us is borne by the customer.
- The mailing fee of the replacement item from us to the customer is borne by us.
- Returns are for store credit.
- Items must be in brand new condition; unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and unscented. If the item returned is in a condition that makes it unable to be re-sold, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.
- We do not accept refunds.
- Exchange and returns are not available for intimates including lingerie, swimwear and undergarments.
We do not offer refunds except in the case of item/s in your order being out of stock. In that case you will have the option to choose alternative item/s listed on our website, opt for a refund or non-expiry store credit for future purchases. We do not accept returns for refund.
