Exchange, Returns and Refunds Policy
We understand that you may have some concerns about trying out a new brand, so we are offering exchanges and returns for your first order with us!

If you are located in Singapore and this is your first order:
We offer exchange and returns with the following conditions:
- Only one exchange or return is allowed.
- Your request for exchange or return must be made known to us within 7 days of order receipt.
- The unwanted item is sent back to us within 7 days of order receipt.
- The mailing fee of the unwanted item to us is borne by the customer.
- The mailing fee of the replacement item is borne by us.
- Replacement items are shipped by Normal Mail. If you require other mailing methods, a top up of the mailing fee is required.
- We track customers by their email and mailing address. For the same email and/or mailing address, we are only able to offer one exchange or return.
- Returns are for store credit.
- Items must be in brand new condition; unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and unscented. If the item returned is in a condition that makes it unable to be re-sold, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.
- We do not accept refunds.
- Exchange and returns are not available for intimates including lingerie, swimwear and undergarments.
If you are located outside of Singapore and this is your first order:
We offer exchange and returns with the following conditions:
- Only one exchange or return is allowed.
- Your request for exchange or return must be made known to us within 7 days of order receipt.
- The unwanted item is sent back to us within 7 days of order receipt.
- The international mailing fee of the unwanted item from the customer to us is borne by the customer.
- The international mailing fee of the replacement item from us to the customer is borne by the customer.
- We track customers by their email and mailing address. For the same email and/or mailing address, we are only able to offer one exchange or return.
- Returns are for store credit.
- Items must be in brand new condition; unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and unscented. If the item returned is in a condition that makes it unable to be re-sold, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.

If this is not your first order at our store:
We do not offer exchange or refund except in the case of item/s in your order being out of stock. In that case you will have the option to choose alternative item/s listed on our website, opt for a refund or non-expiry store credit for future purchases. We do not accept returns.
