Exchange & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Hello Curve purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Eligibility
Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit, subject to the conditions below:

Please contact us at care@hellocurve.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Once your return or exchange request has been approved and return instructions have been provided, your item must be posted within 7 days using a tracked shipping service. Please email us the tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

Only one exchange or return is permitted per order.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels.

We'll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item via our Standard Tracked Shipping service.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition and must only have been tried on for fit. They must not have been worn, used, altered or show signs of wear.
Returned items must be:

Unworn (other than trying on)

Unwashed
-
Free from damage
-
Unaltered
-
Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, smoke, pet hair or other marks, stains or odours

Returned with all original tags attached (where applicable).
If a returned item is not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return. Rejected items may be returned to you at your expense or disposed of if return postage is not arranged.
Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Swimwear

Undergarments
